Formally known as Cannabidiol, CBD is a collective group of over 113 compounds, that give the consumer a multitude of therapeutic benefits. Most commonly associated with Cannabis, CBD is more readily extracted from the Hemp plant, which contains no psychoactive ingredients. No high means you're at your best all day long, and you can continue to consume products and promote relief and wellness throughout your day.

General Dosage Guidelines:

It should be noted that there is no set dosage for CBD. Dosage will vary from person to person, depending on factors such as what your particular symptoms are, how much relief you need, body size, your cannabinoid receptors' sensitivity to CBD, how your body metabolizes it, etc. That being said, this is a general guideline and starting point for those new to CBD who are trying to find their right dose. You should start with a lower dose and work your way up until you find the dose that's right for you.

Topicals and Lotions:

Apply a small amount to the affected area. Thoroughly massage lotion into skin for maximum absorption. Only apply a thin layer at a time. Apply one more dose to affected area after 30 minutes for maximum relief. Can be reapplied every 4 to 6 hours, as needed.

Tinctures are intended for sublingual ingestion. For best results, place oil under tongue and allow to absorb for 30 seconds before swallowing. If more relief is desired after 30 minutes, take another half to full dose. Do not exceed 4 full doses in a 24 hour period.
For those new to CBD, an appropriate starting dose will range from 15-30mg, based upon weight and desired relief.

Gummies & Edibles:

Begin with 1-2 gummies, not exceeding 30mg per dose for those new to CBD. If more relief is desired after 30 minutes, take one-half to one full dose.
